At Yo! Berlin Eyewear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or prescription eyewear
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned without original packaging
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos/videos of the product
- Packaging images
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
